Lorien at Home

Lorien at Home was created in 2015 to provide home care services for seniors across Maryland. Originally designed to introduce Telehealth and telemedicine, Lorien at Home has shifted their market to serve the large population of seniors living in 55+ communities. With this market shift, I was assigned to create new marketing collateral that targeted the needs of 55+ seniors.

This project was personally very close to me, as I had grown close with my grandmother’s home care team. Not only did I believe in the mission of home care, but I had seen how it can create meaningful bonds and clinical successes.

Using my personal understanding and my knowledge of Lorien at Home, I created impactful brochures, and branded give-aways that aided the Lorien at Home outreach team in 55+ community meetings.

Our new target market needed custom messaging that aligned with their needs. Many seniors do not know what to do when an unexpected medical event occurs, and my team wanted to blend comforting messaging that addresses a potential concern and offers a solution. This brochure takes readers on a journey. The tagline at the front of the brochure “What do I do now?” is what many seniors ask themselves when an unexpected medical event happens or when they receive an unexpected diagnosis. This brochure answers that question by detailing potential issues and how Lorien at Home’s services can help curtail issues.
